Large structures can mean large problems, and in the case of water damage, action is required as soon as possible to repair your commercial building
When you’re dealing with water damage in a commercial building, costs can add up fast if the damage isn’t corrected quickly. And in cases of faulty sprinklers, pipe breaks, unexpected roof leaks, or a sump pump backup, water damage can bring operations to a halt.
We know the longer your business or commercial property is nonoperational, the more it disrupts your profit. And, if water damage isn’t dealt with swiftly, it can cause major problems, including structural damage and mold infestation.
We work hard to get your commercial property back to pre-loss conditions as quickly as possible
At Swartz Contracting and Commercial Services, we are committed to getting your business or commercial property back to its pre-loss condition as soon as possible. Working with business owners and property managers, we help minimize the time it takes for the project to be complete. We will work directly with the insurance company to quickly and professionally restore your property.
There are two stages to drying your building:
1. Removing Liquid Water
2. Removing Moisture from the Air and Building Materials
Normal household dehumidifiers cannot adequately remove all moisture. We use high-performance commercial dehumidifiers, air movers, and other equipment that typically allow us to dry items in 72 hours or more.
If you receive intervention within the first 24 to 48 hours, damage may be less severe. Our current restoration services can make a drastic difference in preventing further ruin, and we aim to repair your commercial building to its pre-loss condition.
