A fire loss was called in by the local fire department. We boarded up a door and discovered water damage upstairs. Before we could get started on the reconstruction, we had to dry out the water damage. Once the area was completely dried out, we were able to start on the reconstruction. This took 4 months for us to complete. We did do a minor layout change from the original layout. We had to replace the chard parts of the roof with new and do interior reconstruction to the offices.
