Disasters putting people back to work

After a few extreme months of storms and flooding, there may be at least one positive thing coming to light. Starting as soon as different cities receive the funds, hundreds of people will be getting jobs to help clean up after the floods and tornadoes.

States and cities from all over the country are applying for the federal money that will help them rebuild what has been damaged. From cleaning up harbors to rebuilding non profit organizations, these federal grants are really a boost to the local economies.

These grants are available to any public entity as well as any non-profit doing disaster relief work.This money will not only help people who need jobs, but it will help people have a sense of pride as they rebuild their cities.
